this is a great exercise because i used to have a trainer and it worked for me. on the ground lay out... turn on your side make sure everything is parallel ( let your legs rest on each other) with your elbow and forarm parallel with the ground boost yourself up. dont bend your body and hold in this posotion for as long as you can take. you should feel it on your sides. this helps love handle fat. and yes exersice and eat 5 meals a day.

Try working out on a cross trainer or something similar to Tony Little's Gazelle, also swimming would be good. Stay away from the junk food, eat good quality food with lots of fibre. Fresh fruit, veg and plenty of water or liquids (not alcohol unfotunately). Love handles are hard to target but with diet and exercise they will improve over time. A local gym could probably instruct you on the best exercises and food to speed this problem area away. Good luck!

although there isnt a way to taget a particular area for weight loss, you can eat a sensible diet (preferably six small meals a day) and incorporate a daily exercise routine into your regimine, and you should be fine, women have more fatty tissue than men, and some women differ from others. just be happy with how you are and dont sweat the small stuff :)

Back boobs. According to a bra specialist that was on Oprah, you're wearing your bra too high on your back. Get one band-size smaller and wear it lower on your back. That should solve the problem. There was something about this on Oprah's website about a month ago. You may want to check the site to see if the article is still on there.
