I think black stockings and black stilettos worn with a black skirt to just above the knee or a little black evening dress..is a very classy, elegant and sophisticated look. Being stylish and dressing like a woman instead of a tom boy or rough is very sexy!
Regarding hooker and slutty comments......
A woman with some confidence, maturity and femininity, would be able to embrace their sexuality as a woman and feel good about dressing and feeling like a woman.
A tom boy would replace their tom boy roughness with a dress and the same roughness ..would not be feminine and could run the risk of looking like a hooker. If you are feminine and have some self respect and class you don't need to be afraid of looking like a woman..you can easily see the boundaries.

What is so sexy avout Black Stockings and Black High Heels, Stilletoes or Pumps?
well white stockings and white flat shoes make me think of 6 year old girls on easter sunday, which is pretty anti-sexy, unless youre an uber perv.
so... being that's the opposite, logic says black stockings and black heels are t3h w1N!!!!

There is nothing any girl can wear that is more sexy than sheer black stockings, especially with a garter belt. (not the thick opaque kind). High heel pumps elongate the leg, and hold the butt high and improve posture. If you team high heel pumps, which accentuate the leg, with the black nylons, which already make the legs look super hot, and you have a double whammy.
