I am looking for a cheek stain similar to Stila's tints for lips, cheeks, and eyes. The cheaper, the better!

Not sure exactly what kind of product you're looking for. A true stain is liquid or gel, and Sonia Kashuk's line has a liquid lip & cheek stain (available at Target). That line also has a "multiple" stick but the colors aren't that great for eyes. If you just want something for your cheeks, Almay's touch-pad blush has a nice liquid consistency.
Most of the good stains are going to be found in pricier lines though: Tarte's gel blush stick, BeneFit's BeneTint, and Vincent Longo's Lip & Cheek Gel Stain. I would look for the Tarte cheek stain if I were you, yes, it is pricey but it will last you forever!

Tarte makes a good cheek stain. It's not cheap...but what you get works well,lasts, and you get quite a bit. Over I think it is a great value for the money.

Covergirl makes great make up and it is pretty cheap.
