how to install windows server 2003 in precision workstation 380?

I bought a Dell precision workstation 380. However I can not install the windows server 2003 in it. Would you please tell me how to do it? Thank you very much.

Thank you for your help. I can't find a hard disk drive on which to do the installation. The disks I am using are Serial ATA. During installation I can tell Windows Server 2003 to use specific drivers (loaded from floppy) which may allow it to find the SATA drive(s). Trouble is, I don't know which drivers to choose.

You should be able to. I've done that several times. What kind of error message are you getting? Just insert the CD and reboot the box.
