We have just been a nightmare with a landlord. The lease was up the end of July, she came into the house on July 30th, and took things of value and threw the rest of the possessions out in the yard. Most of our major stuff had been moved, but there was plenty of stuff still there, including the microwave and the air conditioner. We just want people in our area to know she's a landlord to stay away from.

It's a house, not an apartment.

Good luck with your next apartment.

If you're in Canada, you can contact the Housing Tribunal for whatever province you're in.
