that's an easy question..
wear black eyeliner..not to dark but noticable
u can wear alot of skulls
cute skull earrings
headbands
if u go to delias they have alot of punk but cute shirts and clothes
stuff like that

well i think its cute when gurls wear like their little punk tees with rock stars on there and some jeans and then like some pointed heels a metallic bag and sash belt to accent it thats one example then u can wear a messy ponytail and do ur make up with some gold and grey charcol colors i think it would look really nice oh and u can wear like some really trendy converse if u like em just add a little color into ur punk wardrobe i guess like some red or oranges or pinks even.... green probably looks nice too!

diesel makes some really unique clothes that can come off as punky but also are very fashionable and look great
