actually, it depends on your definiton of liquid

if you heat uranium to its melting point, it becomes a liquid with a very high density (there are other large atom elements that have a very dense liquid phase)

a neutron star is very dense, and is made of a material that is not a solid, or a gas, but most would not categorize as a liquid

Mercury is the most dense liquid at room temperature, with a density of 13.6, but it you used molten iridium, you would have a density of 22.6, almost twice as great.
