Just like you did with the others-log on again and click sign up.

When you going to sign-in, click SIGN-UP instead.

You can also make a "double-email account", meaning if you have like myEmalAccount, you can create myEmalAccount2, out of first account. Inside your mail account (Yahoo): Click Options, Mail Address, Extra Mail Address.
