Try The Sims 2. You can design an entire family, including babies. There are babies in the original Sims, too, but they just chill out in a baby cradle until they turn into kids, and they have no unique physical features or personality traits. But in the Sims 2, each sim has a unique appearance and personality, that you can design, or you can just create the parents and the game will combine their features to make a baby that looks like both of them.

hay i hav one good coool game like real life .....
just log on xilero.net & make an account then install all the patches just login its a online game make sure that ur making an account in PK server in there u can make baby players ......hehehe just check it out..........................

Sims, or you can go to www.neopets.com and "adopt" and care for a virtual pet. you feed them, play with them and bonus... no diapers!!
