When the terrorists truly believe the world is ready to confront them with force. When the news media stops supporting them and people stop complaining about a war that targets them. All of the countrys that are hesitant to join a war against them and all the anti-war, pacifist dialog in this country all contribute to their sense of an impending victory. This is simply a war we cannot afford to lose.

There will, for the forseeable future, always be Muslims. There will always be fascists. And there will always be terrorists. So I imagine that Muslim fascist terrorists will also be around for some time.
Or at least until such time as mankind evolves enough to shed religion and violence from our character. I think we will, someday, but probably not for a few millenia at least. A surprising number of us are still little more than poorly-educated primates.

Unfortunately probably never there are new ones born everyday and they are taught from early on that they are doing the right and holy thing and that western values are evil. It is not the way Mohammad would have wanted he would truly be ashamed of his people and what they have become.
