There is no right or wrong way to go about this. I am 48 years old, single and no one is looking at me either.
Jin, be patience. Sometimes coming from a foreign country is attractive.
Other times because of social prejudices or cultural differences, people are leary about becoming involved.
Be yourself, but if you are to loud, you will dive people away. If you are to quite, then people think you are not interested.
A balance is to go up to a table of young lady's, and to get started, say something like, I over heard your conversation on this subject...did you know? or What do you think about?
After you have broken the ice a few times, they will start noticing you.
Be honest, be Patience, be yourself, and love will find you.

People are afraid of what they can't relate to. The best way to meet anybody, Boy or Girl is to find a common interest. Maybe you should try to strike up a conversation about things you see a person doing. And improving your english always helps...

yo..jin..man ill say it wont be a bad idea to adjust properly here and than make some girl friends.
but if u r looking for some friends than just talk to people around you abt your interests (no talking on serious or private matters) and ull get some.

Girls are scary aren't they? But truth is we are alot the same......they might be scared too....Flirt with them. You don't want to be too forward too soon. Smile, eye contact, a good way to start a conversation is to ask a question. It does't have to be about anything important just homework,weather, friends, etc. Be cool but be real...be you.

ok first of all DONT talk in a british accent i cant stand it when boys have 1 i think its reaaaaaaaaly annoying and before u get a girlfriend u have to make some friends first so just take it step by step

Join some clubs or activities and you find that you have a lot in common with other people. Don't forget to be yourself. bye!!

Just be true to yourself and do not pretend. Friends will come with the right timing and do not please with it cause you will just disappoint. If they wnt you to be their friend, they would accept you for being you.
