i think "You Raise Me Up" has been covered in many langauges.
also, Il Divo has covered Toni Braxton's "Unbreak My Heart" in spanish cuz they thought it would be more romantic lol

another interesting thing is that some disney movies have foreign language options that even sing the songs in a different language, it's pretty awesome =)

I don't know how you'd find it, but my mother has dozens of tapes of German oldies. Apparently the Germans took quite a liking to Eddy Arnold's song "Cattle Call" and produced several German-language covers of it.

Ricky Martin has Spanish or "Spanglish" versions of some of his more popular songs. Or, if you know 80's music, there are German versions of "99 Red Balloons" and "Der Kommissar".

I pay interest to multiple french music, yet that would not somewhat count number considering that I communicate french. I pay interest to some Italian too, and that i'm mildly fluent in the language, yet i will extremely understand something at the same time as it is sung. Italian rap is hilarious, i love it.

Bowie's "Heros" was also done in French and German. Also Brazilian singer Seu Jorge does a cd of Bowie covers.
