That is a hard thing to answer....
#1. I would only have sex with someone I trusted completely.
but on the other hand,
Sex can really destroy a friendship. I have been there. One of my best friends the whole time I was going up, well we got married to other people and stayed friends through all this, then when we got divorced from the people we was married to we leaned on each other. Well, after being friends for so long, and never doing anything like this, then we did, we couldn't go back to the way we were. And now we have not spoke in over 2 years.
hope this helps

Friendship as then the two people will have a better idea of how things might turn out.Friendship also shows each other if their is any respect and honesty between the two but if during the course of starting a friendship that it turns to sex then thats the way it must have been made to happen.

Friendship. Sex is not a need its a want. And some sex is not safe. And some people are not safe to have sex with you. Cause then you might be in the middle of it then you want to stop but the other person dosn't then it is a rape. And if you do friendship first then you can get to know that person and then you can tell what they do if you don't want to do something.

depends on what your looking for . . . . .but i would say friendship because before you can get intimate with someone like that you should get to know them first as a friend . . . . then start dating . . . . then sex comes later. that is how i feel about it.

How you going to have sex with a person that you hardly know unless you want a f^ck buddy? If you really care about the person your with then I think trying to know them before sexing works out well and makes them feel special.
