I have left my husband a while ago. it angry or upset. when haven't being getting along for a long time i 12 years . he keep the kids while I am at work . he work days, I work afternoon. he moved around in the apartment center near me. when he keep the kids i call his cell phone because he doesn't have a phone and he see y number and hand the phone to the kids. he does want to talk to me about the kid at all. so I have to guess about things maintain to the kids. he talk through the kids. but that ok. i file child support but he has gotten it yet. he love money and he like to spend it as he please. living with him was terrible because of the love of money. he would help me with the kids as far a clothe, food or health insurance. i pay for evertyhings because I got tired of stupid things in the relationship. soome time in the future we will have to talk things out for are kids sake. but what do I do to make him talk. everntually he will have to in time any advic

First, I hope you have Sole custody of your children. If not then go back to court and get it. Then you wouldnt have to talk to him about your kids.

Second, Document everything that goes on when it involves the kids. Write it all down on paper with dates and times. Get a voice recorder and record your phone calls and try to talk about the kids then. He cant deny his own voice in court. Get a camera that records dates on the picture and use it when needed to document.

Call him when he doesn't have the kids, he'll have no one to hand the phone to so he'll have to talk to you.
