I was at a sleepover in high school and some dumb a$$ is like, let's use 5 black candles like the points of a pentagram around the board. I said no thanks. They did it anyway. Me and one other girl felt like something was grabbing our ankles and we had these hand-like marks around one ankle when we checked and that was freaky, but the girls kept "playing". Anyways, after whatever it was said it wanted to kill us all and the room's temperature went from 70 degrees to 56 degrees on a hot summer night, everyone decided to quit and the pointer flew across the room by itself ( the closest person was 5 feet from the board and pointer). Good times.

When I was 15 I tried to ask it a question about my boyfriend's real dad, and the board flew out from under our hands and across the room. That was about the first and last time I messed with one of those. As I've been an adult and a Christian for several years now, I know that demons are very real and Ouija is not something that should be played, ever.

My cousin and I were playing it in her room. We were playing gypsy. This time we were moving the thing ourselves. I was all dressed up like a gypsy, the whole thing. But all the sudden the pointer would not let me move it anymore. I knew that my cousin was not holding it down because I could see that she was barely touching it. I pushed as hard as I could.
Then, later, we were letting the thing move its self and the dimmer switch, which was located right behind where we were sitting, just turned all the way down. We were so freaked that we stood up and hugged eachother. And then we sat down and played some more and it happened two more times. And we had the same reaction.
I love playing it. I wish I had someone to play with. Some people it won't work with. I was like 12 at the time. Now I'm 25.

I haven't had any really scary experiences, i guess. I was playing with some friends in a dark room, just enough light to see by. We couldn't think of any good questions, so we just pulled M&Ms out of the bag without looking at them, and asked what colour they were. The answers were right, but mispelled. My two friends were at the board and I was watching, and I saw the shape of a young boy crouching down by the board, just a sort of translucent blue silhouette. I told my friends, and the one got scared, and then the planchette went immediately to "Goodbye" and that was the end of that.

I have never played, but I have friends who played when they we were younger. I don't think they still do.
There was about 4 or 5 of them. I don't know the exact details but they said the closet door SLAMMED shut hard. They all ran out of the house as fast as they can, the girl closest to the closet (tanya....damn it's been a while since I've spoke to her) pee'd her pants.
I don't know if these things really would work, but I suppose anything is possible. I have another friend who's mother sits on it all night, by herself. Talking to people.

my daughter had a birthday party and for "fun" they went into my garage after dark and lit candles and had a old wooden ouija board (pretty old and was passed down in my family) and they was playing with it. well, i believe ouija boards are evil....but i wanted to try it-thinking nothing would happen. so i sat down and put my hands on it and OH MY GOODNESS you would not believe what happened!
oops, my oven buzzer is going off...my cookies are done right now...ill be back

The scaries real-life experience was that one of the girls I was playing with completely believed everything about it was real, even when we started spelling out the names of the cast of Friends.

I swear this happened and I will NEVER play with one again...
The thing was going crazy... It kept picking who it wanted to ask the question by going up and raising up at the person... It was answering questions real fast... We got freaked out and I got up to turn the lights on again... It moved and levitated partially and followed me by turning around the room... No one was touching it and moved without anyone touching it...

knowing that it is a door opener now for evil. then i played asnd the spirits started moving things around in the room mysteriously doors were opening as well as the marker on the board.....by itself. i say just cause you dont believe it dont make it not true that is a door you dont want to open
