I'm a girl, so I don't really know what guys really think. But I think, if a girl at any age gets pregnant, she should decide on her own whether to keep and raise it, abort it, or put it up for adoption. The guys usually leave, and if you really wanted/not wanted the baby, you have to live with that decision for the rest of your life whether he stays or leaves. A guy can never 'make' a girl get an abortion, but they can persuade very well. It is ultimately the girls choice. It is after all her body. Some couples/foolish teens do stay together through a tough situation such as this. I think teens especially should use protection with all the STD's going around and unwanted pregnancies. Kids are hard to raise, I got three at 24yrs myself. Their dad's didn't stay, but I live with my choice everyday, and am happy that I made it and no one persuaded me.

I did get my gf pregnany and we're both 17. I would have never even considered asking her to abort(bc thats all you can do, you cant make a girl abort) or considered leaving her. Any guy who gets a girl pregnant should be man enough to accept the consequences of his actions. When it comes down to it he is the one who has the decision to *** in her or not. I am scared to death about having a baby and I wish that we werent but its to late for that so Im gonna do the best I can to provide and be a good dad. Any decent guy would do the same.

First of all it doesn't matter how old you are, there are other methods of going about this then abortion. There is Adoption and things. A child is a gift of GOd. IF the person didn't want a child they shouldn't have taken the responsiblity of sex. THAT is the first thing they should think about. ANOTHER thing is the girl should realize that a bone head that wants to have sex then make her abort it or leave her is not really worth her time. PEOPLE need to grow up. I went through this and when my boyfriend decided he didn't want it and he couldn't change my mind, he beat it out of me before I could escape. I am now married to another guy that is a gift from heaven and a week from giving birth to our son. IF YOU DONT want responsibility of having a baby dont have sex stay abstinent.....

Teens or not your trying to act like ur an adult by having sex, so when you become pregnant there is no more acting. Why abort the baby? You know some people would die to have one. You could have the baby and once you 2 have him or her then choice to keep him or not. that's what i think. hope everything works out. good luck

You can't MAKE her do anything, and you should not try. You played the game, and if she's pregnant, you get to play that game too. Leaving her, or trying to get her to abort it would be reprehensible, to say the very least. Pregnancy happens when you screw around, and if you don't think you're ready to be a father you should NOT be having sex. It doesn't matter if you use a condom or if she is on the pill - those are not 100% foolproof, only abstinence is. Don't play if you don't want to pay.

First off teens shouldn't be having sex, they aren't ready to take on the consequences that come with having sex. Second, if this was to happen the teens need to go to the parents. I don't believe in abortion unless it is in circumstances like rape or incest. If the baby is not wanted then it can be placed for adoption or if the baby is wanted the teens need to be responsible and talk to their parents. Make sure if this happens parents get told soon so the teen mom can get the prenatal care she needs.

i know how u Feel i was in the same boat 3 years ago.. belive me its a confusing time, and probably one of the hardest things u will experience. Dont leave her, that is the last thing you want to do. Dont let the pregnancy affect how you feel about her. And Dont make her abort the pregnancy.. work it out! there is alot of solutions to the pregnancy problem just talk it over with the girl and make a smart decision, Do what you feel is right and dont let any one tell you to do something you dont wanna do.

if you think you are old enought o have sex, than deal with the consequences! That would be so mean if th guy made the girl abort and would leave her at the same time. If she takes that decision then you should be there for her. I don't think she'll be emotionally stable though to go through such a horrific procedure.
