Well if all you want is pecs and to lose weight then it's really easy. Now if you want six pack abs you will probly go insane trying, that's what I did, and I am still trying, I am almost there! Anyway without weights it will be a bit harder but easily doable. First you need to cut out any soda, fruit drinks, candy, and any other sugary foods from your diet. Start reading food labels.
Next, you need to drink a **** load of water. This will help supress hunger cravings for those delicious snacks and it keeps everything in your body working in tip top shape.
As for excersizes for pecs all you have to do is push ups. Try regular, diamond(with your hands touching making a diamond shape), wide arm(hands out past the shoulders). Also try clapper push ups(like on rocky), and push ups with your feet elevated on an excerball or a chair.
And last but not least----Run your *** off. Don't jog, RUN! Sprints are the best way to lose fat. Sprint as hard as you can as long as you can, then walk till you feel you can go again and repeat. Run till you don't think you can anymore then forget about what you just thought and keep on running.
If you do this, you will get what you want, but you have to be relentless.

Crack will make you skinny. When you're skinny enough, Any sort of muscle whatsoever, will give the impression that you have "pects"

do hand stand pushups as well as pushups from other angles
throw a medicine ball up in the air 40-50 times while on your back
find a diet that will give u a lean body but also buils muscle

Try doing some swimming with a concentration on butterfly. That outta slim you down, tone you up, and give you pecs and upper arms.

ok, buy a pedometer(dollar tree(
make sure u are walking 10,00 steps a day(five miles)
one hundreds sit ups
bike or walking extra for thirty mins
so that is one hour of exeriscing
situps and walking or bike
and u can lose up to three pounds
and eat less, no more junk food or treats

well in that situation..i would at least jog around your neighborhood...maybe it would help...or try lowering your diet..it may help...trust me i been there too!!! i try all the best suggestions and it worked...now i see a big difference of the old me and the new me....its no difference your still the same person inside...just listen to your heart! what does your heart tell you? your still beautiful inside!!!!!!!
