their is a court order it says if a person doesnt give info on school, or medical records,with holds vistation you get contemp

First thing you do is call the police and make sure you have your papers with you so you can prove when your visits are. File a report with them. Then, call the judge that did your case and report it with him. Then, every time you dont get visits DOCUMENT them. Get a pad of paper and write it all down with dates and times. That way when you go back to court you have wrote down every time you were refused.

laugh.......we went to 4 lawyers and becasue there was not a fine line in the papers indicating that we could use the law to enforce the issue...we were s - o - l.....and if we disputed and argued that we had a right to it....the courts in their wisdom upholded that we could not agree with the mother and maintained the sole custody,
