No, because they'd just end up getting hurt in the end.

I couldn't. Somehow it seems to violate the truth and beauty in the actual feeling of love. The world so often confuses the word "Love" with happiness, content, and security. Yet, true love has a feeling of elation; which can usually be seen on the face of one.

No, don't do it. Not only will it ultimatley hurt them, and possibly hurt you, but it will compromise you. Once you stop being honest in your relationships it's hard to get back. It's always easier to say something that the other person wants to hear, but it's more important to say what they need to hear. If you don't love the person, you need to say so for both of your sakes and work through the process of what that means.

You can love & be in love,
different values of energy,
i can tell someone i love them,
& someone i'm in love with them.
its a matter of degree how & who you
tell what your feeling ...
i love you, i love she, i love them,
& mean it,
I'm in love with her, & still mean it ...
The word love transforms into instincts & other
creative forces, so sure, i could tell someone
i love them & mean it ......
& not mean it, yet tell them so they can feel
something nice & good even though they may
be a terrible person, eveyones needs to hear
someone say, i love you ..
that positive energy of hearing the word,
i love you .....
i love you as a human,
i love you as a person,
i love you as a man,
i love you with my heart,
i love you with my mind,
i love you too;
And the word was love ......
etc.etc.etc....
I have an ex-sister-in-law
who is a raving alcoholic,
she calls me very sorber,
by the time she hangs up she is
totally drunk !!
She always says, i love you!
& i always answer back with
the same .. i love you too!
do i mean it? yes, am i in love with her,
well no way !!
She even suggest that we marry !!
I say, no way !! i love you, yes,
but i'am NOT in LOVE with you !!
She is worth over a million,
she will give me all she has,
everything !! yet,
i cannot be bought,
she thinks because i say, i love you too
that its a door for getting married!
Well, it isn't anything of the sort ..
But i know when i tell her; i love you too,
it makes her feel good and that her life has meaning,
its just not the meaning i mean for her to feel ...
The word love is very powerful, use it with CARE ....

I have done it in the past. It's not a good thing, it's just something you do when you want to make someone happy. Or...in the heat of the moment.

No. It's one of the cruelest things you can do to a person. Much, much better to be honest, even if it hurts the other person's feelings, because that person's feelings will only be hurt worse if you lead him/her on.
