hi,i have a summer home on cape cod and the outdoor shower is all we use when there.it is so refreshing.just have a plumber run some pipes for the water supply ouy the basement and up the side of a predeterimed wall just as you would indoors.use a regular faucet kit and shower head.then use 6 ft. stockade fence to make the three sides, the wall is the fourth.a simple gate made from the fencing is all that is needed.i have mine right on the back deck.instead of a gate i use a fourth piece of fencing to create a walkaround.i made it a big enough area to add a bench and hooks for my clothes and towels.email me for some plans if interested.good luck.

If you have an Academy, Cabala's or simular store they carry outdoor showers. It is simply a black(black absorbs heat) container with a hose and a sprayer on the end(like you would have on the end of a flower watering can) with a surround to allow privacy.

build a frame to hold a 55gallon drum, attach a shower head to the outlet and fill spout to the top. you can then have heated (solar) water. at least when the sun is shining
