Just tell him that you really like him and that you are hoping he feels the same way.

Way to shy!! If you like him then go straight for it. I mean its worth the risk cause if you get shut down (which you wont get) then you go back to the same exact thing,admiring from the sidlines. you cant lose.

well, dont go straight up to him and say that you like him. Guys kinda feel pressured when girls say they like him. maybe you can try to be nice to him and when you keep being kind to other people(especially him), then maybe he'll start to like you.
