if u want it to be personal add what u like too do and what u don't like talk about what movies u like what type of music hobbies u have but if its not so personal keep it kinda low on what ure talking about have some pictures of what u like on your website
blog and post are what some people like to do either every day or every week it tells people what they have done and sometimes what they plan on doing its kinda like a journal
but creating websites are supposed to be fun so be creative !!

I have no idea what blogs are. But as far as I know posts are like putting something up to see.
Such as when you post a question.
You may want to include your name, general area where you live -such as Eastern Maine for example- a bit about yourslef.. if your married, if you have kids... any specailized knowlege such as "I have an RN" or "I work for an accountant" or something like that.
Include things aobut your kids - for example say one kid loves to ride bikes or another one may dream of becoming an astronaut ect.
If you are married mention your husband and where he works.
You would also want a link to contact you. Give areas of special intrests like " I love books about dinosaurs" or something or " I love to knit and would be wiling to help with that.
If you belong to a church, put that in.
That's about all I can think of right now.

Maybe you should alittle information about yourself but too much because you don't want all your information on the web! And what people mean by posts is that you can make shout-outs to people and say things in your own words. Blogs that I don't know what it is but maybe it is also stuff about yourself to!
