My best friend died almost a year ago, she was like my sister! How do i get over it and find another friend like her? Will I ever find another friend like her?

Never does a tru friend die they are just not here in the flesh. If you continue to only look for the qualities she possesses as a friend you will always be looking in the wrong place. Certain people can never be replaced. But as long as we keep on living they never really are gone. Your gonna see.

no sweetie unfortunately you will never find another friend like her. that's why she was so special to you. but there are plenty of people you will find that will be special in their own way. you may not ever get over her death but you do have to learn to live with it. go out and meet new people. don't try to replace your friend or find someone just like her. she doesn't deserve that. just keep a special place in your heart for her and try to move on.

lossing a best friend can be like loosing a family memeber I felt that way after a great buddy of mine died it took me almost three years before I found anyone like him and I still go and visit my buddies grave and tell him everythng we were the best of mates and always will be even though he is gone my new friend understands how I feel and he agrees that no one will ever take the place of a friend who has shared every special moment in your life.

I have a friend of mine who died in 99. You will NEVER get over it it will just hurt less with time. Remember the good times that you both had and focus on those.
