Other than the breathing difficulties, her symptoms are coming from not eating enough and not drinking enough water. When I get too busy to eat or drink, I get the same way. When I'm dehydrated, I get really bad headaches and sick to the stomach. When I don't eat, I get shaky and weak. She also could have a blood sugar issue as a result from this.

I would take her to a dietitian. He/she will give her the help she needs. Until then, get her to drink more fluids like juice, water, and powerade. If she doesn't get help soon, she could develop conditions like diabetes or hypoglycemia (if she doesn't have them already.) Don't be offended, but she could also have anorexia nervousa.

Sounds like a migraine to me. Bad headache, and the only way it's relieved is when you throwup. It's happened to me a couple times. It hasn't happened in a while though. Once, I woke up and was fine except around my eyes I saw silver shinyness... kinda like how people say they see stars. I had read a couple months earlier that seeing this in the corner of your eyes can occur about an hour or so before a migraine. I got up, went to school, and by the time I got to school I was getting a headache and the sight around the corners of my eyes I was seeing was going away, but the headache was getting worse. Then I got nauseous. Then I decided to go to the office. My headache was still bad but I was more focused on the nausea because I hate throwing up. About a half hour later I threwup. After that, I felt ok, my headache was pretty much gone, so I layed down and felt fine. When you get these headaches are you also sensitive to light and sound, etc? It sounds like migraines to me. Talk to your doctor and he/she may prescribe medications to take. My dad and sister get migraines but they take medications that helps a lot.
