My friend thinks she's ugly. She's five foot four, dirty blonde hair down to almost her shoulders, 13 years old, and only weighs 115. (i swear though, it's basically all muscle) She is really tan with brown eyes. What do u think of her looks?

She sounds pretty. But it don't matter what your friends think. If you like her then make the next move. don't be scared of your friends. If you like her then ask her out. Trust me... my friends didn't like the guy that i went out with but i thought he was cute and we went out for 1 year. good luck.
