go to a salon by chinese or japenese people (they are the best at pedicures, manicures e.t.c) and ask them to give you a pedicure, but if u can't go then do at home pedicure while watching your favorite show! if you don't know how to get a pedicure to yourself then get some magazines i'm sure it'll be there.

clean daily trim regularly and use lotion for nails.
