Try Open Office. It's free and every bit as good as MS Office. It can also exchange files with MS Office seamlessly most of the time.

The guy above doesnt no anything about this. Never trust Beta systems. They will always backfire on u. Go to openoffice.com It gives u perfect equivilents of the microsoft versions.

check in the program to see if you can extend it and you should be able to if not you will have to get hold of microsoft excell com.
