If the goverment would give a stay at home parent(mom or dad) incentives??? Example: income, GOOD free healthcare, tax credits, etc. until children were high school or colleage age?

sounds like a good idea, but the flip-side would be you'd have people having kids, just so they could stay home, eat, watch tv and not work. tough call, but would have to be set up so it coudn't be abused.

Against. It would be one more reason for the government to raise the taxes that they take out of my paycheck when I have to go to my job everyday. The incentive for being a stay at home parent should be the chance to spend more time with your children, not try to rip off those of us that are still working. There's already a financial incentive in that stay at home parents don't have to shell out a small forturne in child care expenses.
