Do you think that statement is an excuse for boys and men to do things that they know are wrong?

sure... kinda like 'what happens in vegas stays in vegas', it gives you an excuse to feel justified in your bad judgements.

But is no excuse for the behavior of MEN.

well, certainly this will not be enough to justify whatever stupid thing men do. People should always take responsibility for their own actions, including men. Why men like to do stuff that may be construed as "wrong"? well, let me offer a better excuse -- "It's a guy thing"

No, it's just a way to tell people that is normal that young boys:run around, don't eat their vegetables, make noice, do a small prank to someone, etc.

yes, it is, but they know it does'nt change the fact that it is wrong. I dont use that anymore, i grew up.
