How do I submit a suggestion to yahoo?

That's a great idea. Go to "My Q & A" page.
At the top where it says "help" click on that.
Then "start a new thread"
A word of adivse to you. don't expect yahoo to respond to you.
Another thing you can do, is at the end of a "Yahoo Mail" in the very small print is a link to "add feeback"

Well, if the submitter of the answer has their email option turned-on, you can send a response back to them.
But within the answers section itself, two-directional responses would make it no different from a normal chat room... and I don't think that's their intention with this.

To the right of your posted question are words to the effect of "Add Additional Information." As people answer, you can add comments underneath your posted question.
