yes you will but you have to use the disk that comes with it to get the computer back up and up date and you have to put some things in it so the computer knows you

Yes. It's all the same, your ISP doesn't know the difference. Dial-in with the same login and password to the same phone number(s).
You may also want to install anything that your ISP sent you on your new computer.

You will have to be sure you have set up your dial up isp. You should have received a cd or download.
