Barrow, Alaska; the northernmost town in the United States. Summer temperatures are in the 302 and 40s. Small Eskimo population. Talk about having peace and quiet! I would love it.

I always wanted to go to Ireland. I suppose it had to do with watching The Quiet Man,but Ireland seems to have such a rich history and interesting places to go,especially the beautiful Irish countryside. Not to mention the people.

One of those very low populated and very stormy,green,rocky coastal areas in Scotland or Ireland. I prefer a place with numerous castle ruins nearby that hardly see a visitor.
