Go to your Local State Child Support Office, and open a case there. If you have not received any child support -- you can fill out the forms (and turn them in as soon as possible), and you will be asked any identifying information on your ex-fiance -- his name, last known address, last known phone number, last-known employer, any ID numbers (like his social security or driver's license), a description of his car, whatever you can give them,
You should not have to pay anything for this service by the state. They will then do their own investigation, and when they find him, they will have a Court Order drawn up to require you, the infant, and the ex-fiance report for DNA testing. Once the results are in (and they are positive), they will then gather all his asset and income information, and SET the CHILD SUPPORT and REQUIRE it to be deposited or taken out of his paycheck by his employer to the state, and you will be issued a state check.
Good luck -- you will have a lot of paperwork to do -- but do it quickly. This is necessary because a child needs the support of BOTH parents, even if one is a deadbeat loser.

Are you sure you want to find him? look into filing with Friend of the Court and see how they can help you. At least they will be able to determine what he should pay for support when the baby is born, and ensure you get if when he is located.

If you go to your states welfare office to try to get so much as a medical card they will start the hunt for him to recoup their money..............make sure to cooperate with them and they can also set you up with the local child support enforcement unit to get an order established. It doesn't matter that he walked out whether he wants a baby or not he has one and needs to take the finacial responsibility for it

your welcome to have my babys daddy. sure wish i could get rid of my P.O.S. ex.
Ask around. His family, any friends you might know. Is he on the childs birth certificate? Is he supposed to be paying child support? Take him back to court for child support and have him served with papers....they will have to find him then.
Good luck.

He might be with family or friends. If they're not, ask them where he might be.
