On the Hellsing Pentagram it says "Hells Gate Arrested and Shine Heaven Now" and at the bottom it says "Gott Mit Uns" and i can't find anywhere that can translate it. Is it just gibberish or does it actually mean something?

Gott Mit Uns is German for "God With US" The German Army use to say it before they went into battle during WWI

God is With Us - it was also inscribed on the belt buckles worn by WW2 German soldiers.
If you can`t find a translation then you`re not looking far - it`s an easy to understand German phrase :-
Gott - God DUHHHH
Mit - with
Uns - Us
put together it makes the phrase God is with us
