First dates are the hardest don't be a lame *** and go to dinner and a movie thats so retro, go somewhere that you get to talk to her a lot more, like bowling, something like playing a sport she likes at a local park it sounds lame but try to do something fun, dinner and a movie is for when you guys are going steady. group dates are always a lot of fun so bring a friendly couple

Make it casual with a little bit of a romantic touch!! You just do not want to scare the girl a way!! I would take her to dinner and then maybe a movie you would both enjoy!! Ask her what she likes to do that might give an idea on where to go!

Some place public will work best with the parents. Choose an activity that your date will like even if you are luke warm to the idea. It makes a better impression.

i suggest somewhere casual, like ice-cream after a movie rather than dinner. and try to get her to let you pay, unless you're in a financial situation similar to my own. but read my blog for that kind of stuff.
