i lost almost 30 pounds by cuttin pop out of my diet, drinking lots of water, eating less and better, not eating so late at night, eatin less carbs, i didnt even excercise, i lost 30 pounds in like 6 months

The best way to lose weight is by reducing portion size, excercise, drink lots of water, eliminate artificial sweetners if you can, they can hinder weight loss. If you drink soda the is sweetened try to eliminate that too. Try to figure out which of the many diet plans works best for you. It takes a lot of discipline and hard work. Make sure your portions are small, you get all the food groups in. There's so many options out there, try Ediets.com to do the free assessment., There are other sites like, "fitday" that have free info. I wouldn't pay to lose weight, if you can use all the free info. on the web to help. They key is a balanced diet, exercise, water. Don't eat after 7PM.
