Generally a four-year degree from an accredited university in journalism. You start at a smaller market and work your way up based on your writing and reporting ability.

Shading the truth so that it favors your beliefs. At least if you want to work in the mainstream media.
You have to look at everything that is out there and only write about the stuff that makes the liberals look good and the concervtives look bad.
By all means you can not tell the truth as it really is

You need a degree in journalism or communications.
