Strange enough, my cat will actually sit by the tv and stare at it wide eyed until it falls asleep a few hours later. Does your cat or dog do this and is it normal?

Our cat never watches TV. But it can stare for hours at the fishes in the aquarium, or at the birds and squirrels in the trees outside.

About the question if it's normal or not for your cat to watch TV, here are some pretty interesting facts about cats.

Yup, my cat likes tv. One of her favorite things to do is if I'm watching tv she'll crawl up on my lap, and watch it with me. I can see her head turning back and forth as she watches the action on the screen.

I've seen this question on answers before, and it's a typical response that animals like to watch tv.
