Why, and how would a "Legal war" have been started ? Do U.N. resolutions mean nothing, because Saddam violated a bunch of them. What does it take ?

That's just a load of bullshit by whiny anti-war pansies who don't have enough brain to check congressional records.

Hmmm. A declaration of war must be executed by Congress, not the president. UN resolutions are not at all applicable, as US law regarding war recognizes no other authority but the Congress, and the UN does not rule the United States.

'What does it take?' is a good question. In my personal opinion, it would take some immediate, dangerous threat to the United States to merit a declaration of war. The last time that happened, clearly marked Japanese planes bombed Pearl Harbor, and Congress did declare war.

This alleged "illegal war" is the direct result of repeated and continual violations of the cease fire that existed between the United States and Iraq. The UN is a paper tiger, when given the chance to defend its charter it lined its pockets rather than helping the children of iraq. 5000 children were dying a month at the height of the scantions, and Koffi's son was making millions as were the French, Germans, Russians... Interesting that they were the ones who objected to the war isn't it. . .

The U.N has no say in our going to war. However, our congress does, and DID make all this possible. Some people are calling this an "illegal" war because they believe falsified information was presented in order to sway congress (ie: these oh-so-scary WMDs that were never located).

Decide for yourself.

We are in a hopeless entanglement. This world is run by the Illuminati. They're the biggest bunch of crooks on earth. They will stop at nothing to establish their new world order fascist dictatorship. But first they've got to kill off as many of us useless eaters as they can. So here comes WW3.

Well, the answer is in our history. There was something called the league of nations which was the same as the UN. During the League of Nations and their resolutions we had WW I followed by WW II. So all it takes is WW III. After that they can again say "never again".

A coalition would have worked better, rather than looking like it was personal.
