you are not circumcized. many people are not.
do not worry about it. it is only required if you are jewish.
apparently your parents decided against it. its OK and normal.

Sad boy, you must ask the people in your area about your problem, ask the clowns, the trapeze artists, the elephant trainers and the other people in your circus. I am sure that your circus is the right size unless you are going up against Barnum and Baily you should have a good sized circus. So if you feel that getting a hard on in your circus is OK but are worried about when you don't have one you are in a sad state of affairs. Stick with the circus and don't worry about the size of your circus.
O my gosh, you meant circumcised, sorry I could care less.

I don't think anything is wrong. Everybody is different, in different ways. If there is no problem with function, then I wouldn't worry about it.
