I need a good outline by friday and i am just wanting to look at a premade one so i have a good idea of what I am doing.,

Honestly, it's not that hard to create a character if you've got the player's handbook. It's even easier if you've got a computer program that will walk you through it, like the demo WOTC put out of a character generator.
Basically, for a cleric, decide gender, race, class deity, and alignment, and then generate ability scores. From there, you can determine skills, feats, and then worry about magic last of all. A cleric gets two domains from the list his god supports, and those domains get granted powers and certain spells Otherwise, spells are easy for a cleric. Any one that is in his alignment range, he can use, so it's available. You don't really even have to list them until you start play.

Hope this helps. The instructions in the players handbook are not that hard to follow. If you're a player, your DM should be able to help. If you're planning the campaign, you will definitely need to be more familiar with the game.
