Ya gotta love that inner child, give him room to run and play every once in a while. Just try to keep your clothes on.

Go with the flow- Life is too short !!!! Sugar is the glue that keeps our bodies together. Go buy some skittles, they are like a major sugar wow & you end up eating less.

Give him a little sugar and tell him he had a lot. then go jogging for a few hours, that usually quells the lazy inner child.

hey, i have found that when i get sweet cravings, there are some sweets that are fat free. try lemon drops (sold at convenient stores everywhere 2/1.00) or fruit slices (sold at Walgreen's: which have 0g fat, 0g sat fat, 0mg chol, 15mg sodium, 38g tl carbs, 27g sugar & 0g protien.) you can probably also find candy that is sugar free, usually made for diabetics.
a couple of these and my cravings are ususally satisfied. plus i don't get the 'sugar rush' that comes on with chocolate.
anyway enjoy
lily =)
