Here is some information on htproc32.dll.

Identified as a variant of the Trojan.Psw.Lineage.Sk password-stealing Trojan for the online game Lineage.

This program uses the Winlogon Notify key to automatically start. This key is used to run certain programs when specific actions occur such as computer starting up, a user logging in or logging off, or a computer shutting down.

In order to remove the Trojan, you will need to use a standalone anti-Trojan remover. You need the right tool to do the job. Norton Antivirus is great at detecting and removing viruses but not Trojans. I recommend you download and install Ewido. It is one of the highest rated Trojan scanner and remover. Best of all, it is free to download and use. http://www.ewido.net/en/

After installing Ewido, you need to update the signatures and then scan your computer. Ewido gives you a 30 day trial. After the trial, the real time protection is disable but everything else works. You will still be able to scan and remove malicious files.

Update your antivirus software.
If antivirus software updated, rescan.
If that doesn't fix it, Yahoo/Goggle "htproc32.dll virus"
and see if you can get help there.

Several years ago I hadn't updated Norton Antivirus for 2 weeks
and I caught a virus.
The virus would not let me update Norton.
So I searched the Internet and found some antivirus programs
I could use on xx-day trials.
One fixed the problem.

hi, you can try norton, but most spyware is hard to remove.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox cann't delete spyware, but it can disable any adware and spyware to run in your browser.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox can edit which site/popup to block and unblock.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

I imagine you are using windows yes?

You do know where it is located? If not try finding where it is located. Then go into safe-mode and delete it from there... should work.
