Dr. House is so sexy! His arrogance and cynicism are two main features that make him so hot, and add to his overall sex appeal. I think If I could pick one person to be stuck in an elevator with it would be Dr. House. I could definitely have some fun with him! His attitude is so hot, and there is definitely something irresistibly sexy about a man who is confident, assertive and arrogant in his ways.

Just because a man is in his 40's doesn't mean he is old. And yes people in their 40's are sexy too, it doesn't just apply to the 20 something age. In fact widom, confidence and experience only comes with age. And that is SEXY. There is something about him that makes him appealing. So yes he is sexy, very sexy.
