You can buy a razor glass scrapers that are designed to remove paint drips from windows. They will not scratch your aquarium and will work well (just be careful not to go too close to the seams). They are available in paint departments and dollar stores and I use them to remove coralline algae from my slat water tank weekly.

Vinegar. Most natural, cheapest and least likely to be toxic to fish after rinsing.
