With blue eyes, is brown shadow the only kind I can use or are there other colors you can suggest? Thanks!

Definately any shade of blue (though not too dark if you have a fair complexion), green, purple and white- which of course includes silver and black. Hope this helped, good luck and have fun! ;)

Well, almost every color. It depends on the coloring of your face and also the tone. If you are a Native American, Oriental or African American the colors would probably be a little lighter to bring out your eyes.
But I have blue eyes and when I use shadow I normally use gray or green or taupe and even blue, but because of the tone of my skin I can't wear brown. Brown just kind of fades me out. A professional makeover artist told me once that I'm one of those rare women that can actually wear blue eyeshadow and actually look good.
Your best bet though would be to see a make-up artist and ask for their advice. They're in the phone book. Just let your fingers do the walking there. I've been through modeling school while in High School and I still remember some of the things I was taught even though it was a long time ago.

Eye shadow goes in and out of season and fashion, but truly with nearly any color of eyes the limit is the rainbow of colors that are available. Any would look lovely I am sure. It is simply a matter of your preference, Consult a beautician for best advice in person.

I have beautiful blue eyes and I use white with silvers as well as using browns and I also use lavenders. You can use many colours it is a matter of learning how to use properly and alot of people dont know how to properly apply their make up to enhance their natural beauty.

FOR BLUE EYES
1. Tried and True: taupe, gray, violet, purple, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye color makes your eyes really blue), black (mix it with bright blue for a smoky effect)
2. Funky Favorites: silver, turquoise, fuschia (brightens any shade of blue)

Almay has eyeshadow specifically made for blue eyes. They also have eyeliner and mascara. You can get all of it at Wal-Mart.

I dont really think it matters what colors you use...I dont get when people say "what colors will match my eyes" it doesnt matter!!
