because right now there's no desire fr such an occurance. If a large number of Welsh started agitating for independence, then maybe it'd happen. But I don' see that happening. Wales wouldn't be much of a country on its own.

Gee....It is news to this American that this was even an issue. Are the People of Wales going to start shooting rockets over the border? What will be the response of GB?

Eventually it will be, it's just moving there in fits and starts. It has a very limited national assembly right now, and in a few years it will gain more power and authority.
