Every era, since the days the Romans threw the Christians to the lions, had 'happenings' that signified the end of the world....so don't believe the hype.

Not too sure about what people say about global warming. Sometimes I think that things cycle. The weather does and so does almost anything else. We are just too young to remember the cycles.
On the other hand, people would never believe that the world was at an end until the fact was on their doorsteps.
Just do what you can and try to ignore the rest. Reduce, reuse and recycle. Be kind to people and that's all you can do.
Well, unless you build a "World ending notification" device. That would be super.

Seems pretty sure to me. There are many online blogs and sites that discuss the crash, or end of civilization. Essentially the world ending for modern humans. Humans still living the way they have for thousands of years , tribal people, are not going to be affected much accept by things like global warming which will change the world as they are used to it. They may need to find new ways of getting food when plant and animal species they use to eat are gone but, for modern man life will be a total 180. No. The world has seen worse. An apocalyptic view of the world is used to create fear, manipulate weak minds and distract you from the problems of the present by making you worry about the future. Nobody knows when the end of the world will come.

It might be for a few that die. But, I would say that more than likely it's the end of things as you know them.We have and need to evolve with the changing world around us.Stay away from things and people that would or might end it sooner for you. Be not afraid but be cautious and aware. The Bible speaks of changes in the world to prepare us for the facts not just the fear.Natural disasters such as earth quakes and astronomical events in regards to our own moon moving away. Many of these things are natural events. Science explains many of these if you study it.Be analytical and say; Hmmmmmm!?

Does this question come from a position of fear?

If so what are you afraid of? The faithful or atheists have nothing to worry about - only the doubters...

Get real about your intentions and forget about the "End Times" talk - "like a thief in the night" - are the operative words.

Or maybe "consumed in the flash of a nuclear fireball"?

If you are familiar with the Bible, it tells us that there will be
wars and rumors of wars, floods, devistation, etc., in the book
of Revelation - the last book of the New Testament.

these things must happen before the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ
and then the end of the world. Yes, it is true.

I tells you all you want to know in there - check it out.

I agree with h_wallbanga. People are always preaching the end is near. And I hate to say it, but it's a great way for churches to get members. Bible code annd prophecies can greatly sway confused people, and I think religions take advantage of that.
