Not much. A change in the requirements for president
Add to the 35 years of age { or 35 years of continual residence after becoming a citizen}
This is to stop the potential coup by some wealthy foreign concern that would bribe congress to allow them to run for president.
I do not negate the possibility of a foreign attack.

1. anyone who wants to serve as an elected official in government must have no less than 4 years active duty military service and must have been discharged honorably.
2. anyone who has ever been convicted of a felony crime cannot serve in either an elected or appointed government office.
3. all laws, regulations, ordinances, bylaws, and statutes must be written in plain language understandable by the general populace.
4. no law, regulation, ordinance, bylaw, statute, etc. may in any way infringe or contradict the United States constitution.

1. Get rid of the electoral college. Elect the president by national popular vote, with a runoff.
2. Lower the voting age to about 12.
If it becomes necessary 3. reinforce the separation between church and state.

Any politician caught lying is thrown out of the country and all assets spread among the people. Corporations would also be part of that.
All politicians can only provide 1 term of service per decade. This way we allow different mindsets into our government.

term limits on congressman and senators, just like the president has, then maybe so many things wouldnt go against the american public who elect them. and the second one I would like is .. make everyone who works just pay 100 dollars in income taxes.
