I like using it as much as I like to use actual spit when I spit shine my shoes. I find the best elbow grease comes from the elbows of Mexicans. LOL Sorry... just thought it would be funny.

What exactly is "elbow grease"?

Also, how often do you actually use your elbows as working implements when performing jobs? Are there more efficient devices that could be employed???

I prefer to use my intellect. Once a boss asked me if I was lazy. Thinking about it a while, he answered a lazy person trys to find the most efficient way to do the job. With that caveat I acknowledged I was very lazy.
